Description
Tremendous amount of litter in median of I-74 westbound between Rybolt Road exit and I-275 split. Makes one want to cry at the unbelievable “who cares” attitude.

There is a lot of litter along ALL of I-74 from Colerain Avenue to I 275. I think there should be camera's along the expressway and tickets should be sent showing them that they littered. Hit people in the pocketbook.
